Cboe Global Markets
Build and operate Cboe's internal AI assistant platform — CboeGPT — serving roughly 900 monthly active users across the company. Delivered agent and sub-agent orchestration that lets any employee ship production AI apps without writing infrastructure code, built Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and OAuth2 flows integrating enterprise systems, and cut chat time-to-first-token from 25 seconds to roughly 950ms.

Developed and deployed three self-service tools featuring RBAC and SSO, leveraging React, Next.js, and MongoDB; reduced configuration change deployment times, improving system agility. Devised, implemented, and supported over 30 microservices that dynamically controlled per-customer network speeds for over 5 million users, enhancing system design, scalability, and reliability.
